It’s Friday!!! And, it’s also week 18 of our Fifty-Two on Friday project. Our theme this week is “Peace.”
My first thought for this theme was to take a landscape shot of the Peace River just north of here. It’s a beautiful place with a deep valley and sweeping views. But, with spring filling the air, I wanted to capture peace and tranquility. You can’t hear the birds sing or smell the fresh grass in this photograph, but all these things are happening here. We’ve had a long, cold winter and I’m so glad to see sunshine and know that spring finally has arrived!
And, with our beautiful weather we have had gorgeous blue skies that fill me with peace. The fresh air, the sounds of spring, warm weather, and a sky of blue and white. I’m so happy it’s spring 🙂
Travel with me to visit the amazing Amy Mae Bowman, Nampa Idaho Photographer, to see her interpretation of this week’s theme.
