Secret Santa | Valleyview Alberta Photographer

On Friday, I received a fabulous surprise in the mail!  It was a present from my “Secret Santa”!

Just a little while ago, I joined in on a Secret Santa gift exchange with members of the Etsy Alberta Street Team.  Each participating member sent a gift to someone.  Some people revealed their indentity, but some people remained anonymous.  My Santa’s identity is still unknown.  So – whoever you are out there…  thank you so much for all of the lovely goodies and for all of the thoughtful little notes you wrote on each gift 🙂

My present included a bunch of great things…  handmade pottery, globe thistle seed pods (which Santa thought would be great to photograph and I couldn’t agree more), the book “Sweetsmoke” by David Fuller (there was note on it saying it was a great read and I will be digging into it once I finish this post — it looks really interesting) and a set of 24 notecards that are colourful and funky.
