Thankful Thursday | Valleyview Alberta Photographer

Thankful Thursday!  Happy Thanksgiving to all of my American friends!  I hope you have a wonderful holiday 🙂

I’m now finished Week 10 of my 365 days of gratitude project.  Here are the things that I am thankful for this week:

Day 64 – I am thankful that my Aunt shared this delectable recipe with me.  This was my Nan’s Blueberry Grunt and it is my favourite dessert of all time.  I could never find a recipe that compared to how my Nan made Blueberry Grunt and I am so thankful that I have a copy of her actual recipe.

Day 65 – I am thankful for winter walks with my camera.  And, playing around with the images too.

Day 66 – I am thankful for cheese biscuits fresh out of the oven.

Day 67 – I am thankful for artificial light.  Not my favourite for photos, but it’s really nice to have some extra light on short winter days.

Day 68 – I am thankful for heat.  It has been very cold here and it’s so nice to stay warm indoors…  with heat.

Day 69 – I am thankful when people bake for me.  And, who doesn’t love homemade chocolate cake?

Day 70 – I am thankful to have a head start on the holiday season.  I even have a couple of Christmas packages ready to send in the mail.
