The theme for Week 10 of my macro project 52 is “Books/Words.” I have been reading a lot of photography books. I always read photography books. I have a pile of them that are sitting, waiting to be read. Some of them are complete inspiration while others are more technical. One of my favourites of all time is “Expressive Photography: The Shutter Sister’s Guide to Shooting from the Heart.” I love this book. The photos, stories, and quotes are inspiring. At the beginning of the chapter on Horizons, there is this quote by the talented Canadian artist Emily Carr and I love it.
