Macro Monday | Valleyview Alberta Photographer

The theme for Week 8 of my 52 week macro project is “In Your House.”  I thought about all sorts of things I could have shot this week, but I really wanted to capture something with some visual interest.  So, I decided to photograph a sugar dish.  This dish is part of a set from my Nan.  It’s a lovely iridescent blue colour,  with shades of gold, purple and green — depending on how the light hits it.  It’s a beautiful object and it brings back so many wonderful memories of such a beautiful person.
