I might be a little bit biased, but I think our corner of the world is home to one of the most beautiful roads on the entire planet. The Icefields Parkway (Highway 93 North) runs north-south, connecting Banff National Park and Jasper National Park. It’s a stunning drive anytime of the year, even on a grey-almost fall-day.
There are so many awesome places to see along the way… Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, the Columbia Icefield area & the Athabasca Glacier, Sunwapta Falls, Athabasca Falls, and more. I’ve been longing to take my kayak out onto Bow Lake and I can’t wait to go camping next year at the Icefield Campground. Already dreaming of the next adventure!
